- Shipping & Delivery
We ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS in most cases, but occasionally will use FedEx, dependent upon the product size. We reserve the right to use any of these services at our discretion. We try to get all shipments out within 24 hours of purchase; however many of our products come directly from the manufacturer, and there may be a slight difference in shipping time. Products shipped from the manufacturer may take a couple of days, and we will notify you if there is any significant delay. Please make sure you provide accurate contact information so that we may contact you in the event of a shipping delay. Feel free to call us anytime with questions about your shipment.

Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization.
If you are not satisfied with any products purchased at 2A Gear, you may return the item to 2A Gear within fifteen (15) days from the date of shipment, provided the items are found by the staff of 2A Gear to be in NEW and UNUSED condition. Please do not return COD. CODs will not be accepted.
How to return an item:
1. Contact 2A Gear via the email contact form on our Contact Us page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number).
2. Just return it within 15 days of shipment in the same condition, (new and unused in its original packaging in resalable condition. Shipping charges and processing fees are non-refundable.
3. If possible, include the invoice with the item. Write the RMA number and a brief note on the invoice (or separate sheet of paper if invoice is unavailable) indicating the reason for the return.
